Greetings from Negril Beach!
We have faced many trials before, but most of us have never been faced with such a challenge on a global level that has brought the entire world to its knees. My team and I would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest sympathies to those affected and to let you know that we have you in our thoughts and our prayers and to remind you to be encouraged, that we have weathered many storms before and this too shall pass. Though the situation may seem unbearable at the moment, if we all play our part and take the necessary precautions, practice diligent self-care and social distancing, follow the instructions of our health professionals and our leaders we will soon be able to see a turn around.
As a property we have taken the following steps to assist with the recovery efforts:
We are encouraging guests to reschedule rather than cancel their vacation for a later date and as a result there will be no penalties for guests who wish to reschedule.
Guests will be allowed to postpone their vacation to arrive up to 1 year without incurring penalties or changes in the rate paid for the same period.
For persons wishing to cancel there will be no penalties.
The above applies to direct bookings so if you reserved via a third party, please verify their individual policies with them as it may differ.
At the very end of this, we will be here to welcome you home to CocoLaPalm, your favourite spot on Negril’s Seven Miles Beach.

Mr & Mrs Daugherty were married on the beach here at Coco the 29th of December 2019. The couple hails from Minnesota in the USA. The ceremony was witnessed by over thirty of their very close family and friends. They were a very lively group and had a lot of fun leading up to and during the actual celebrations. Please join us in sending congratulations to the lovely couple and we wish them a long life filled wth love and happiness.

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
1 Ripe Banana
1 oz. coffee liqueur
2 oz. rum cream
1oz crème de cocoa dark
1 oz. milk
½ cup ice
Simple syrup to taste
Chocolate syrup for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Combine all ingredients except the garnish in a blender and blend until smooth
- Squeeze chocolate syrup around the inside rim of your glass. It will drizzle down the inside of the glass creating a rich look and adding a touch of sweet chocolate to the flavours
- Pour the mixture into the glass (typically a Parfait or Pina Colada style glass)

Our Halloween celebrations will run from October 29-31, 2020. It promises to be three fun filled days packed with activities. The event is dubbed 2020 Coco Halloween Bash and will have an open theme this year allowing you to dress and decorate as you choose.
